The Customer Service Co-worker

A Customer Service Co-worker, supports the store, in creating a customer-focused culture within the Customer Service areas.

They serve our customers directly and offer a friendly, knowledgeable interaction, greatly contributing to an inspiring and joyful shopping experience. They are responsible, with their team-leader, in developing and securing their business competence and operational excellence in all daily operations activities.

The Customer Service Co-worker will be guided and supported by the Customer Service Team-leader.

The Customer Relations Manager

To ensure a positive and joyful shopping experience for all IKEA visitors and customers, in their market, the Customer Relations Manager needs to be a person who can build and retain long-lasting relationships with new and existing customers. Someone who understands customer motivations and expectations, who can work in partnership with all business functions to secure a positive shopping experience that creates trust in the IKEA brand, before, during and after their visit.

They actively support and develop their team, the co-operation with the Store Manager, Sales, Logistics and other departments by sharing know-how and together executing the business plans to reach set goals.

The Customer Service Manager

A Customer Service Manager supports a customer-focused culture throughout the complete unit. They have a connection with customers emotionally and understand what it takes to offer a seamless, joyful shopping experience every time. They are responsible in offering an environment where operational excellence, in all areas of responsibility, can thrive, giving customers the very best experience, which is speedy, accurate and efficient.

The Customer Service Manager leads and manages the Customer Service team-leaders, providing an inspiring and motivating direction. They are guided and supported by the Customer Relations Manager who sets out the vision for the Customer Relations function.

The Checkout Service Manager

A Checkout Service Manager supports a customer-focused culture to enable an easy buying experience, for all customers, throughout the complete payment process. They lead a fast, easy and customer friendly checkout, ensuring payments are handled reliability, efficiently and in a secure way. They provide an environment where operational excellence in daily operations can thrive, in order to enhance the easy buying experience and give all customers the very best experience when purchasing products.

The Checkout Service Manager leads and manages the Checkout Service team-leaders, providing an inspiring and motivating direction. They are guided and supported by the Customer Relations Manager who sets out the vision for the Customer Relations function.

The Checkout Service Team-leader

A Checkout Service Team Leader supports the Checkout Service Manager in creating a customer-focused culture to enable an easy buying experience, for all customers, throughout the complete payment process. They are responsible for delivering a fast, easy and customer friendly checkout every time. They ensure payments are handled reliability, efficiently and in a secure way. They maintain operational excellence in daily operations in order to enhance the easy buying experience at pay points throughout the store.

The Checkout Service Team-leader leads the Checkout Service Co-workers, providing an inspiring and motivating direction. They are guided and supported by the Checkout Service Manager.

The Customer Service Team-leader

A Customer Service Team-Leader supports the Customer Service Manager in creating a customer-focused culture throughout the complete unit. They are responsible for the building of business competence and operational excellence in daily operations, within their area of responsibility, to ensure we are ‘operational’ ready to meet customer needs and delivering an excellent customer experience.

The Customer Service Team leader leads and manages the Customer Service Co-workers, providing an inspiring and motivating direction. They are guided and supported by the Customer Service Manager.
